Payware as Beta Testers

I have just purchased TOGA PROJECTS ENVSHADE P3D.  It would be nice when you release a product you would have it thoroughly tested.

I have uninstalled and installed per the different recommendations....It's clear to me that this purchase was for me to become a beta tester as you are experiencing way to many problems with compatibility between your installers.  My time is valuable, I will give your payware customers some time to let you know about all the bugs.  You got a review from Froogle who obviously did not own or try the software before reviewing it...just based on someone else who did a video review.  I

It would also be nice if users could understand that even beta testing during months cannot allow us to find all the possible bugs. Beta testing on 10 different computers is nothing comparable to thousands of computers.
Our product was thoroughly tested and we didn't get all of the issues some customers are getting. Most of them actually are specific users related and I can say that most of the issues affect less than 1% of the total users. It's easier to see unsatisfied users than satisfied users as they are just enjoying and keep silent.

I'm sorry if you got some issues with our product, but you're welcome to tell us what's going wrong and we will help you as fast as possible
If you are getting an activation issue then this is not an issue but an incomplete authorization code entered during the install, if that's the case please check the faq on our website, it explains how to enter your authorization code correctly.

If that's an appcrash then take a look on the support forums, you'll find some test version that solved the issue for some users who got a crash. We are going to release a new version of Envdir with this fix.
