Must I turn on or off ?

Good Evening,

First i'm new here, and i love ENVTEX + ENVShade but i have a Question.

I use A16+Asca + ENVTEX + ENVSHADE on my P3d V4.1, must i turn on or off this 2 Points you see on the Pic or i must only click ''ASCA Intergration'' and i can turn on the 2 Points ? I will use AS16+ASCA Cloud textures  
And my other Question is, i have i i7700k @4.5ghz and a gtx1080ti OC can i turn by ''ENVShade settings'' the point from ''HighPerformance'' to ''HighQulity'', or is the setting highquality a big Performance aspect ? (use ENVShade the GPU or CPU more ?)

Both on (cumulus and cirrus) and overcast models "Balanced" , thats what i have :-)
